<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet discharging device capable of maintaining a discharge speed and a discharged liquid droplet amount constant by correcting a drive waveform appropriately even during a printing operation. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid droplet discharging device includes a drive waveform generating part 40 which generates the drive waveform by using drive waveform data showing a shape of the drive waveform for driving a pressure generating element 28 as an input and outputs the drive waveform to the pressure generating element 28. The drive waveform generating part 40 is equipped with a drive waveform detector 39 which detects a peak potential in an arbitrary period of the drive waveform and a rest potential at the timing set beforehand and a controller 35 which alters the drive waveform data based on a difference between the peak potential and the rest potential of the drive waveform detected by the drive waveform detector 39 and corrects the drive waveform. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
