<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing with sensors which facilitate the fixing of a signal cable to be drawn out to the external part of the bearing, facilitating the assembling of the sensors, and attaining high reliability and inexpensiveness. <P>SOLUTION: A wheel bearing is constituted by holding rolling bodies 5 between multiple strings of facing rolling surfaces 3, 4 of an external member 1 and internal members 2. A fixing side member between the external member 1 and the internal members 2 includes on the outer periphery, a vehicle attachment flange 1a to be attached to a knuckle. One or more load detection sensor units 20 are arranged on the outer diameter surface of the fixing side member. A circuit fixing stay 32 is arranged on the side surface of the vehicle attachment flange 1a. The stay 32 includes: a calculation processing circuit 31 for performing the calculation processing of output signals of the sensor units 20; and a signal cable 40 for transmitting the data calculated by the calculation processing circuit 31 to an external part.
