<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and accurately measure a sugar concentration without being affected by a salinity concentration in a sample. <P>SOLUTION: A sugar concentration measurement instrument includes: a sugar concentration measuring electrode 101 for measuring a sugar concentration in a sample, which is provided with an action electrode 201 and a counter electrode 202, where a current flows in accordance with the sugar concentration in a sample by contact with the sample and the application of a voltage, and a silver and silver chloride reference electrode 203; a salinity concentration measuring electrode 102 for measuring a chloride ion concentration in the sample; and a voltage correction part 105 for obtaining the deviation of potential of the silver and silver chloride reference electrode 203 on the basis of the output of the salinity concentration measuring electrode 102, and correcting the voltage to be applied to the action electrode 201 with the use of the obtained potential deviation.
