<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform authentication at an appropriate security strength according to an image processing job. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing device communicably connected to a server which performs authentication at a plurality of security strengths comprises: an acquisition part for acquiring an image processing job; an image processing part for executing the image processing job acquired by the acquisition part; a determination part for determining a security strength on the basis of the image processing job acquired by the acquisition part ((a)-(i)); an authentication request part for requesting the server to perform authentication at the security strength determined by the determination part; a reception part for receiving an authentication result about the authentication requested by the authentication request part from the server; and a communication part for performing communication about the image processing job with the server when the authentication result showing authentication success is received by the reception part from the server. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
