HEATER AND DIE LIP ADJUSTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely adjust the lip gap of a die lip part in the longitudinal direction of the lip gap by making pitches between heat bolts small.

SOLUTION: There is provided a cylindrical heater 7 which is arranged in the outer peripheral part of the heat bolt 6, and heats the heat bolt 6, in the die lip adjusting device 1 provided with a plurality of the heat bolts 6 arranged along the longitudinal direction of the linear lip gap of the die lip part 3c provided to a T-die 3 for extruding the sheet 2 to adjust the lip gap by the thermal expansion. The heater 7 includes: a heating part 11 in which the outside diameter in the longitudinal direction of the lip gap is made smaller than the outside diameter in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, in the cross-section orthogonal to the axial direction of the heat bolt 6 and which is arranged on a straight line passing through the center of the heater 7 and orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the lip gap; and a heat radiation part 12 arranged oppositely to the adjacent heater 7.
