STATOR STRUCTURE OF ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool a coil end of a stator of a rotary electric machine.

SOLUTION: A refrigerant inlet port 2 and a refrigerant outlet port 8 are respectively provided at the vertically upper side and the vertically lower side of a refrigerant case 4 covering a coil end of a stator, and an opening 10 is provided at the same position as a rotary electric machine shaft horizontal position. An upper part of the opening 10 serves as a refrigerant passage 4a and a lower part of the opening serves as a refrigerant accumulation part 4b. The refrigerant discharge amount is adjusted by an adjustment valve 9.
