<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blowing device raising treatment efficiency of indoor air. <P>SOLUTION: In the blowing device, an ion generating device 26 is disposed to a blowing passage 21a. A positive electrode 26a generating positive ions and a negative electrode 26b generating negative ions are disposed to a bottom face of the ion generating device 26.
