<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information notification device, a program, a notification terminal, and a light-emitting device capable of actively notifying a user that a broadcast program is being exciting. <P>SOLUTION: The information notification device is provided with: a registration part 11 for registering a notification terminal 100 of a viewer; a comment receiving part 13 for receiving a comment on a broadcast program from a viewer; an analysis part 14 for analyzing the comment; a storage part 15 which stores a result of the analysis in association with meta information of the target broadcast program; a detection part 16 which detects being exciting on the basis of the result of the analysis; and a notification part 17 which if being exciting is detected, notifies the notification terminal 100 registered in the registration part 11 that the program is being exciting. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
