<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize and reduce the number of components in addition to reduce noises. <P>SOLUTION: The air intake from an inlet 3c of a case 3 by the pump operation of a pump chamber 20A is introduced into a silencing room 9A from a pump chamber 20A via a discharge valve body 14A and discharged from an outlet 17a via a communicating groove 10A.
