<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jetting head unit and a liquid jetting device which can surely suppress failure caused by leakage of liquid. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid jetting head unit includes a liquid jetting head 20 jetting the liquid, and a holding member 40 having a holding part for holding the liquid jetting head 20, and includes, in a space between side surfaces where the liquid jetting head 20 and the holding member 40 are opposed to each other, a holding part 43 that is a space for holding the liquid by surface tension of the liquid, and an ejection part 46 that is demarcated at wider interval than the holding part 43 by a recessed part 45 formed along in a vertical direction on the side surface of at least either the liquid jetting head 20 or the holding member 40, and ejects the liquid held by the holding part 43 to a lower side in the vertical direction. An opening edge part on the side of the recessed part 45 where the holding part 43 and the ejection part 46 continue is formed of a curved surface.
