<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording device capable of preventing reduction of recording intensity at both ends of a recording head, without necessity of complicated control. <P>SOLUTION: An image recording device 1 includes: a recording head 4 where multiple laser emission parts are arranged in a row; a linear motor 5 for moving the recording head in a sub-scanning direction; and a device control part 12 for controlling emission of laser light by the recording head and movement of the recording head by movement means. The device control part moves the recording head in the sub-scanning direction by a movement amount smaller than a recording width in the sub-scanning direction by the laser light emitted from the multiple laser emission parts, every time one scan by the recording head in a main-scanning direction of a printing plate is completed according to rotation of a drum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
