<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a screen pattern that generates a cycle of image data is destructed and image defect such as density unevenness is generated by a correction in less than one pixel. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus includes an interpolation processing means for performing change in less than one pixel for a correction less than one pixel on image data and a changing processing means for performing change by one pixel for a correction by one pixel on the image data.
