<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linearizer capable of achieving monotonous changes in gain characteristics and phase characteristics even when impedance viewed from a diode changes. <P>SOLUTION: The linearizer includes a diode 15 that has an anode connected to a signal path 3 and is applied with a voltage in a forward direction, and a diode 16 that has an anode connected to a signal path 4 and is applied with a voltage in a forward direction.
