<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dishwasher capable of securing a drying performance equal to that of the time when an outside air temperature is a normal temperature without prolonging the total operation time caused by prolonging the time of a drying operation even when the outside air temperature is low. <P>SOLUTION: A dishwasher includes: a washing nozzle 4 disposed inside a washing tank 1; a washing pump 8 for forcibly feeding washing water to the washing nozzle 4; a heater 7 for heating washing water and drying dishes 5; a blowing fan 10 for discharging steam inside the washing tank 1 to the outside of the dishwasher during a drying operation; and a temperature detector 12 for detecting the outside air temperature outside the washing tank 1. When the outside air temperature detected in the temperature detector 12 is low, a final reaching temperature of heating rinsing is set to be higher than usual, and the time of washing and water rinsing is shortened for the time almost equal to the time of the heating rinsing to be increased therefor. Thus, the drying performance, equal to that of the time when the outside air temperature is the normal temperature, is secured without increasing the total operation time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
