FIELD: power industry.SUBSTANCE: gas burner for oven or grill includes at least one Venturi tube (16) for formation of flammable mixture of primary air and gas, which has at least one zone with reduced cross section, which is followed by the zone with convergent cross section; at least one distributing chamber (17) for flammable mixture, which is located in the flow direction after zone with convergent cross section of Venturi tube; set of flame channels (19) designed for outlet of flammable mixture obtained in distributing chamber (17), or interconnected with distributing chamber; and at least one ignition channel (13) for burner ignition. Burner includes at least one branch tube (12) for some part of flammable mixture flow, which has inlet and outlet sections; at that, inlet section of branch tube (12) has at least one hole made in inner wall at least of one Venturi tube (16) and/or in inner wall of at least one distributing chamber (17); at that, inlet section is formed in the section located in the flow direction after the zone with reduced cross section of Venturi tube (16), and outlet section of branch tube (12) is combined at least with one ignition channel (13). Burner has the possibility of being attached to the oven or grill on at least one wall of oven or grill or near it; at that, in the burner fixed on at least one wall of the oven or grill or near it there made is at least one ignition channel. Burner includes fastening device for immediate or indirect attachment of burner to at least one wall of oven or grill; at that, in the burner on the fastening device to grill or oven wall or near the above device there made is at least one ignition channel. Fastening device is located at the inlet section of at least one Venturi tube. Burner includes one or more ignition channels for burner ignition; at that, one or more ignition channels are combined only with outlet section at least of one branch tube.EFFECT: invention allows providing effective burner ignition and correct location of thermocouple of protection device.19 cl, 4 dwg |
