<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which suppresses peeling of an image from a sheet. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus comprises a conveying element for conveying a sheet in a first direction and an image forming part for forming an image on the sheet by using a liquid developer. The image forming part includes a first transfer unit which transfers a first image to the sheet and a second transfer unit which transfers a second image to the sheet after the first transfer unit.
