TRIMMING CIRCUIT AND SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trimming circuit and a semiconductor device which does not need a dedicated terminal for inputting a current for cutting a fuse.

SOLUTION: There is provided a trimming circuit comprising: an input terminal connected to a pad which is an external terminal of an inner circuit; a fuse provided between a power-supply terminal and an output terminal; and a diode provided between the input terminal and the output terminal. By applying a voltage to the pad such that the diode has a forward bias, the trimming circuit executes trimming.
