<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a housing to effectively suppress complicacy of a structure and enhance integrity and beauty of appearance with designing of a wind duct structure, without providing anything else such as a wind inlet or wind outlet. <P>SOLUTION: The LED lamp is provided with a piece of housing 1, a piece of fan module 2 and a piece of light-emitting diode 3. A piece of assembly opening 11 is fitted at one end of the housing 1, and a piece of electric connection part 12 at the other end. An inside peripheral wall where the housing 1 is adjacent to the assembly opening 11 is made of a piece of wind-guide wall 13. A fan module 2 is coupled with the assembly opening 11 of the housing 1, at least one piece of wind duct 4 is formed between the assembly opening 11 of the fan module 2 as well as the housing 1 and the wind-guide wall 13, and a piece of wind-guide port 221a is fitted at the fan module 2, the wind-guide port 221a is formed communicated with as far as the inside of the housing 1.
