<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency oscillation source capable of suppressing deterioration of phase noise. <P>SOLUTION: The high frequency oscillation source includes a reference oscillator 1 which oscillates at a predetermined frequency, and an injection synchronous oscillator such that an oscillation frequency when an output wave of the reference oscillator is not injected is set (or to be set) to an integral multiple of the frequency of the output wave of the reference oscillator, and is provided with electric power adjustment means of adjusting electric power injected into the injection synchronous oscillator from the reference oscillator to proper injected electric power such that phase noise of low detuning frequency of the injection synchronous oscillator is equal to phase noise of the reference oscillator (when compared at the same frequency), and phase noise of high detuning frequency is equal to phase noise of the injection synchronous oscillator in the absence of the injected electric power (when compared at the same frequency). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
