<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor deformation preventing method and a rotor deformation preventing device, capable of preventing deflection of a rotor with a small amount of running cost for preventing wear of a blade base part of a movable blade. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary machine (gas turbine 1) comprises a rotor 3.
