PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism body device which allows a substrate to be easily detached from a device body for maintenance or the like.

SOLUTION: A mechanism body device 2 comprises: a device body 5 which is provided with a base chassis 51 as a first component to which an attachment part for attaching a recording medium, a disk processing part and an information processing part are attached and a sub chassis arranged oppositely to the base chassis 51 at a predetermined distance as a second component to which a conveyance mechanism is attached; a connecting member 53 which connects the base chassis 51 and the sub chassis; and a substrate 6 which is attached to and detached from the device body 5 in the state of connecting the base chassis 51 and the sub chassis by the connecting member 53.
