Rotary External Combustion Engine in a very simpler design suitable to use in the automotive, marine and aviation industry and more efficient than the present internal combustion engines is invented. It has small number of components and anticipated to have better performance. The engine is made of four main sections consisting of the compression housing, the expansion housing, the combustion chamber housing and the coupling gear housing. In the compression housing, the inlet atmospheric air is compressed into the combustion chamber housing where the fuel is injected and ignited by a spark in a suitable pre-specified time. The combustion products admitted by the expansion housing rotate the expansion rotor and compression rotor fixed on main power shafts. In the present invented engine, four processes of the intake, the compression, the expansion and exhaust occur simultaneously.
