PURPOSE: A culture method of Phellinus linteus mycelia having excellent oxygen-resistant and immunity improvement functions is provided to produce health food using the Phellinus linteus mycelia. CONSTITUTION: A culture method of Phellinus linteus mycelia comprises the following steps: washing Chinese dioscorea, and cutting the Chinese dioscorea into the length of 2-10cm; extracting the cut Chinese dioscorea at 30-120 deg. C for 0.5-20 hours for 1-10 times using a solvent; filtering and concentrating the obtained extract; and culturing the Phellinus linteus mycelia using the obtained Chinese dioscorea extract. The solvent is selected from purified water, lower alcohols having 1-4 carbons, or their mixture.
