PURPOSE: A cluster ionizer is provided to improve durability by quickly discharging heat from a second electrode part to the outside using a heat radiation fin on the second electrode part which forms the surface of the cluster ionizer. CONSTITUTION: A second electrode part(200) is formed with a cylindrical shape to surround a first electrode part(100). A first dielectric part(300) and a second dielectric part(400) are located between the first electrode part and the second electrode part. A high voltage providing unit(500) provides a high voltage to the first electrode part and the second electrode part and includes a high voltage output terminal(510), a ground terminal(520), a high voltage converting unit(530), and a voltage input terminal(540). The high voltage output terminal and the ground terminal are connected to the first electrode part and the second electrode part, respectively.
