PURPOSE: A screw transferable sludge thickening apparatus is provided to ensure the intensity of a cylindrical screen by easily removing sludge clogged in a water draining hole. CONSTITUTION: A screw transferable sludge thickening apparatus(100) includes a screw, a cylindrical screen(130), a draining chute(140), and a presser(150). The screw includes a shaft(112) and a spiral blade. The spiral blade is arranged on the outer circumference of the shaft. The cylindrical screen is rotatably combined with the shaft to receive the spiral blade. The water draining hole is arranged at the outer circumference of the cylindrical screen. A thickened sludge outlet is arranged at the rear side of the cylindrical screen. The draining chute is arranged at the rear side of the cylindrical screen. The presser is combined with the shaft to be positioned at the rear part of the cylindrical screen. The presser is installed to move along the shaft. |
