Simplified organic electronic devices employing polymeric anode with high work function

PURPOSE: An organic electronic device is provided to simplify a device structure by omitting a hole extract layer for controlling a work function with a light-emitting layer using a high-work function and a high-conductivity electrode. CONSTITUTION: A high-work function electrode(15) is formed on the upper side of a substrate(10). The high-work function electrode comprises conductive material having the conductivity over 0.1S/cm and base-surface energy material. The high-work function electrode has a first side(15A) and a second side(15B) facing with the first side. The concentration of the base-surface energy material of the second side is greater than the concentration of the base-surface energy material of the first side. The concentration of the base-surface energy material gradually increases along a direction facing the second side from the first side.
