<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of pop noise owing to variations in the switching response of mechanical switches and an instantaneous open state. <P>SOLUTION: In a weighted electronic volume including: a first attenuator having a resistance group 2 of resistances R21-R28 and mechanical MEMS switches S31a-S38a; and a second attenuator having a resistance group 4 of resistances R41-R48 and MEMS switches S51a-S58a, electronic MOS switches S31b-S38b and MOS switches S51b-S58b are connected in parallel with the MEMS switches S31a-S38a and MEMS switches S51a-S58a, respectively, and the MOS switches are turned on earlier than the MEMS switches and turned off later than the MEMS switches. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
