<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out electrostatic coating while maintaining an article to be coated, at earth potential without applying electroconductive processing even when a friction material is formed of an insulating material. <P>SOLUTION: In the electrostatic powder coating device (1) forming an electrostatic field between the article (W) to be coated in which at least a part of the upper surface to be coated is formed of an electroconductive material and an electrostatic coating machine (T) and electrostatically attaching a powder coating material (P) sprayed by the electrostatic coating machine (T) to the article (W), the electrostatic coating machine (T) is arranged above a stage (4) formed of the insulating material, a power supplying terminal (9) maintaining the article (W) in the opposite polarity of the powder coating material is formed of a needle-like contacting probe pushed to a part having electroconductivity of the upper surface of the article (W) mounted on the stage (4) from above. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
