Second opening/closing devices (CHRB, CHRG) are connected between the electrical storage devices (B1, B2) and a pair of second power lines (PL3, NL3). Third opening/closing devices (SMRG1, SMRB2) open and close electric current paths between the first opening/closing devices (SMRB1, SMRG2, SMRP, R1), the second opening/closing devices (CHRB, CHRG), and the electrical storage devices (B1, B2). When initiating an external supply of electricity, a control device charges a first capacitor (C1) connected between the pair of first power lines (PL1, NL1) by closing the first opening/closing devices (SMRB1, SMRG2, SMRP, R1) and the third opening/closing devices (SMRG1, SMRB2), and then charges a second capacitor (C3) connected between the pair of second power lines (PL3, NL3) by closing the second opening/closing devices (CHRB, CHRG) and opening the third opening/closing devices (SMRG1, SMRB2).</p>
