<p>PURPOSE: A device for statistically diagnosing and predicting levels of danger caused by pathogenic microorganism in food and a method thereof are provided to diagnose and predict the levels of danger and hygiene of food related to the pathogenic microorganism through a statistical simulation about a probability distribution model. CONSTITUTION: An input module(100) inputs basic data for predicting danger levels, data about environment conditions, and data about consumption patterns. A control module(200) quantifies the data about environment conditions and the data about consumption patterns through a probability distribution model. An analyzing module(300) predicts and diagnoses levels of danger caused by pathogenic microorganism in food by using a mathematical model and the quantified value.
