<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional deburring device, i.e., high manufacturing costs caused by the necessity of a pulley, a brake motor, a reduction gear, a driving pulley, a belt, a tension mechanism, and a control device for controlling these units, thus causing the enlargement of the device. <P>SOLUTION: The deburring device includes: a box 3 for housing a compact machine component 2; a slide rail 13; a slide block 14 moved together with the box 3 on the slide rail 13; an air cylinder 7 for moving a piston rod 6 to move the box 3 forward or backward; a backward movement stop coil spring 9 disposed between the air cylinder 7 and the box 3; and a forward movement stop coil spring 8 disposed at a side opposite to the backward movement stop coil spring 9 of the box 3. The box 3 repeatedly moves back and forth. During the forward movement of the box 3, the forward movement of the box 3 is stopped by the spring force of the forward movement stop coil spring 8.
