<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collection system for used dishes capable of easily and simply collecting the used dishes. <P>SOLUTION: A used dish 20 put into an inlet is sent into a flowing water channel 10 from the inlet through a chute. The used dish 20 sent to the inside of the flowing water channel 10 is sent to a collection vessel 7 in a kitchen chamber 1 through the flowing water channel 10, and the used dish 20 is washed in the collection vessel 7. The flowing water channel 10 includes a flowing water generation part connected to the flowing water channel 10 and generating a current of water in the flowing water channel 10.
