<p>A system for vertically displacing land vehicles, which comprises a lock chamber, a water regulation unit for adjusting a water level within the lock chamber, a float positioned within the lock chamber for floatingly supporting a land vehicle, fixation means for releasably fixating the float to one or more walls of the lock chamber during passage of the land vehicle onto or from the float when the float is at a raised position, and stabilization means for stabilizing the float when being vertically displaced within the lock chamber.</p> |
