<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for grasping a secular change in the straightness of a long body. <P>SOLUTION: The method for grasping a secular change in the straightness of a long body includes a moving step for moving a mobile body with an angular velocity sensor attached thereto while being guided by the long body (S3), an acquisition step in which the angular velocity sensor acquires information of a change in the posture of the angular velocity sensor when the mobile body is moved (S4), an information processing step in which an information processing part associates a relation between the information of a change in the posture of the angular velocity sensor and the position of the angular velocity sensor during movement in the long body to perform information processing (S5), and a storing step in which the mobile body is periodically moved, the information processing part performs the information processing in each case, and a storing part stores a secular change in a result of performing the information processing (S6). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
