The present invention relates to a 3-dimensional display method and an electronic book system therefor, wherein an electronic book can be represented as a 3-dimensional display which a user is able to recognize intuitively. The electronic book system of the present invention displays a 3-dimensional electronic book image by: storing information on an electronic book image; converting lateral images, contained in the electronic book image information, into 3-dimensional forms which represent the lateral aspects of the electronic book; and forming a 3-dimensional image by combining the lateral images, converted from electronic book images, to represent the main content of the electronic book contained in the electronic book image information. |
