<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for surely recovering a thrombus or the like when performing endovascular treatment from the downstream side of blood flow. <P>SOLUTION: A capture device 10 includes: a sheath 11 which is inserted into a blood vessel 30 from a distal end side and has a double lumen structure having a second lumen 22 in the outside of a first lumen 20; a capture part 12 which is provided on the distal end side of the sheath 11, and whose posture is changed to an expanded posture of an umbrella shape in which an outer diameter R1 on the distal end side is larger than an outer diameter R2 on the proximal end side and the distal end side of the capture part opens inward to form a space communicated with the first lumen 20 and a contracted posture of a cylindrical shape in which the outer diameter R3 of the distal end side and the outer diameter R2 of the proximal end side are equal, by fluid which flows in and out of an internal space through the second lumen 22; and a fluid introduction part 13 provided on the proximal end side of the sheath 11, communicated with the second lumen 22 and having the space where the fluid can flow. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
