<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute a vertical load on a side body outer panel to a quarter inner panel or the like, by reducing deformation of an overlap part of the side body outer panel and a roof panel, while improving rigidity of a back door opening shoulder part and torsional rigidity of a vehicle body. <P>SOLUTION: In this reinforcing structure of the back door opening shoulder part 2 constituted of a vehicle body composed of a roof assembling part R and a side body assembling part S joined to each other, a reinforcing panel 15 extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction and dividing a closed cross-sectional part of the opening shoulder part 2 into two parts in a vehicle front view, is arranged along the vehicle vertical direction under the outer panel 7 positioned in the opening shoulder part 2, an upper end part of the reinforcing panel and a side body outer panel are joined in a roof rail part, roof members 5 and 6 and the outer panel are joined, the upper end part of the reinforcing panel and the roof member 6 are fastened, and a lower end part of the reinforcing panel is joined to the quarter inner panel 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
