Azo reactive dyes, process for their preparation and their use

Sulfonated reactive azo dyes substituted by halogenated pyrimidine or halogenated s-triazine groups are new. Sulfonated reactive azo dyes substituted by halogenated pyrimidine or halogenated s-triazine groups and of formula (I) are new. Y : a halogenated pyrimidine or halogenated s-triazine group of formula (2) or (3); X 1 - X 3H, CN or halogen with the proviso that at least one is halogen; X 4Cl or F; X 5a group of formula -NH-C 6H 3R 1>R 2>; R 1>H, alkyl, alkoxy, sulfo or Cl; R 2>-SO 2CH:CH 2 or -SO 2CH 2CH 2Z; Z : an alkali- eliminatable group; n : 0, 1 or 2; B : H or -CH 2-SO 3M; and M : H, ammonium, an alkali metal or the equivalent of an alkaline earth metal.
