摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas chromatography apparatus capable of controlling a flow rate of carrier gas and controlling pressure in a sample introduction part without using an expensive differential pressure sensor. <P>SOLUTION: A gas chromatography apparatus 1 including a sample introduction part 20, a carrier gas supply flow channel 10, a column 3, a split flow channel 40, and a control part 50 also includes: a flow channel resistor 11 arranged in the carrier gas supply flow channel 10; a control valve 14 arranged on the upstream side of the flow channel resistor 11 and capable of controlling an aperture; a first pressure detection part 12 for detecting pressure of the upstream side of the flow channel resistor 11; a second pressure detection part 13 for detecting pressure of the downstream side of the flow channel resistor 11; and a discharge valve 41 formed in the split flow channel 40 and capable of controlling an aperture. The control part 50 performs operation on the basis of signals from the first pressure detection part 12 and the second pressure detection part 13 and controls the aperture of the control valve 14 and the aperture of the discharge valve 41 on the basis of the operation result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
