Provided is a grey-water processing device using high-voltage glow discharge. The grey-water processing device using high-voltage glow discharge according to the present invention comprises: an electron activating device (110) having first plates which are used as a plurality of first electrodes that are spaced apart from each other, and second plates which are provided spaced apart between the first plates and on both surfaces of which there are second electrode pins that project towards the neighbouring first plates, wherein a glow discharge generated from the second electrode pins when a high voltage is applied to the second electrode pins is used such that an active-species gas containing radicals, ions and electrons is produced from a reaction gas that is flowing in, and the same is discharged, and, here, the inflow of the reaction gas and the discharge of the active-species gas are respectively effected via a first hole and a second hole provided on the same surface; an oxidation tank (120) which receives a supply of the active species via a tube connected to the second hole of the electron activating device (110) and causes same to bubble through grey water therein such that the grey water is oxidised; a filtration tank (130) which is provided at the rear end of the oxidation tank (120) and filters the grey water that flows in from the oxidation tank (120); and a recycled-water storage tank (140) for storing the filtered liquid that flows in from the filtration tank (130).
