<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both the high-accuracy filtration for capturing and removing molecularly soluble matter to be filtered, and the maintenance-free operation achieved by automating the discharge of the residue. <P>SOLUTION: A filter is configured to capture and filter off up to molecularly soluble matter far smaller than the mesh openings of a filtering medium by filtration assisted by Coulomb's force and to backwash the filtering medium by disassembling the filtering medium in order to achieve maintenance-free operation without replacement of the filtering medium due to clogging. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
