<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve handleability in attaching or detaching a battery pack mainly to or from a cleaner body to remove a risk of cover loss due to troublesomeness of handling because a cover closing a battery accommodation part is to be opened or closed during attachment or detachment of the battery pack in a conventional constitution in which a rechargeable battery pack is incorporated into the cleaner body of a small, lightweight handy cleaner which is used while being held by one hand. <P>SOLUTION: The battery pack 20 is constituted not to be internally built into the cleaner body but to be attached to the cleaner body 11 in a wholly or partially exposed state.
