<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize generated power effectively in a collective housing. <P>SOLUTION: During the time period of daytime (during photovoltaic power generation), power generated from a photovoltaic power generator is controlled to be supplied according to the priorities of shops, shared parts, and each dwelling in this order. If the power generated is excessive, the power generated is controlled to charge an accumulator, and when the accumulator is charged fully, a vehicle storage battery is charged. If the power generated is still excessive, it is sold to an electric power company. During the time period of nighttime (between sunset and sunrise), power of the accumulator is controlled to be supplied according to the priorities of the shared parts, each dwelling, and the shops in this order.
