<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a holding device allowing storing motion of a handle to be conducted smoothly, and an information processor comprising the same. <P>SOLUTION: A support member 43 includes a concaved portion 43a, a support member 44 includes a concaved portion 44a, and angles R1 and R2 between a finger-side lateral surface 4a of a handle member 4 and the concaved portions 43a and 44a are large angles close to 180 degrees. As a result, it is possible to lessen the chances of foreign debris being pinched and caught between the finger-side lateral surface 4a of the handle member 4 and the support members 43 and 44 when the support members 43 and 44 rotationally move with regard to the handle member 4.
