<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmission device capable of automatically performing mask processing not only to a character string element but also to an image element and transmitting them. <P>SOLUTION: Transmission content information inputted to an input processing section 100 is divided into a character area and an image area, and the character area is transferred to an NG character string mask processing section 104 and the image area is transferred to an image element extraction/conversion processing section 105. The image element extraction/conversion processing section 105 extracts a single image element from the image area and expands it into a black-and-white binary bitmap. Next, character points are extracted from the image element, and the character point interval is vector-encoded and then transferred to an NG image extraction/registration section 106. The NG image extraction/registration section 106 refers to the image element and NG images accumulated on an NG image DB 107 and compares them, and searches for a similar image. If the image element is similar to an NG image, an NG image mask processing section 108 paints out a rectangular area including the NG image of the transmission content information, and displays the result of processing on a display section 109. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
