The present invention relates to an anorectal manometry device that comprises: an anorectal probe equipped with a rectal balloon and a plurality of channels designed for recording a patient's anorectal pressure, a data-acquisition card configured for recording analogue signals originating from the pressure transducers connected to the channels for recording of anorectal pressure, and converting said signals into digital signals, and a means for analysis and representation of the digital signals generated by the data-acquisition card. The invention provides a tool for precise and rapid measurement of the data obtained, which is especially suited to the diagnosis of Hirschsprung's disease.
