The system (1) has a terrestrial heat probe (2) comprising a closed receiving space (21) for receiving a bi-phase fluid heating carrier. A heat exchanger (16) is arranged as a condenser in the receiving space, and passes through a bottom portion (23) of the receiving space in a liquid phase region of the fluid heating carrier. Cross-section of the receiving space is decreased in the bottom portion. Another heat exchanger (15) is thermally connected with a heat output zone (22) of the terrestrial heat probe. An independent claim is also included for a terrestrial heat probe.
