PURPOSE: A stirrer is provided to enhance dissolution efficiency of the deicer by agitating the deicer with water. CONSTITUTION: A stirrer(10) comprises an outer vessel(20), an inner vessel(30), a rotating unit, and a guide unit(50). The outer vessel has the accommodation space. The inner vessel is rotatably installed inside the accommodation space and has an internal space for accommodating water and deicer. A plurality of outlets(32) is prepared on the outer periphery of the inner container. The deicer is exhausted to the outer vessel by the centrifugal force generated by the rotation. The rotating unit rotates the inner vessel. The guide unit includes a guide member(51). |
