PURPOSE: A multistage antenna and a head forming method of the multistage antenna are provided to extend an electrical length by leading in a sleeve comprising an antenna body into the inside of a head. CONSTITUTION: An antenna body(20) is composed of a plurality of sleeves. The antenna body has an elastic multistage structure. A head(30) is composed of an upper body(31) and a lower body(32). The upper body is combined with the upper end of the innermost sleeve of the plurality of sleeves. The lower body forms a space separated from the innermost sleeve.
