摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of removing the glass lubricant which is stuck to and left on the inner surface of a container after hot extrusion in the hot extrusion of tubular materials, bar materials and materials to be formed using the glass lubricant. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to the method of removing the glass lubricant on the inner surface of the container for hot extrusion, in which high-pressure water is blown at the specific pressure of &ge;1.0 MPa against the inner surface of the container, to which the glass lubricant is stuck after heating the inner surface temperature of the container to 200-500&deg;C after the hot extrusion of metal materials using the glass lubricant, wherein it is preferable that the glass lubricant comprise a silicate glass lubricant wherein the total quantity of alkali metal oxide is 12-30 mass% and the total quantity of one or more of Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, CaO and MgO is 20-40 mass%, however, K<SB>2</SB>O is contained in an amount of not less than 1/3 of the total quantity of the alkali metal oxide and Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>is contained in an amount of not less than 1/4 of the total quantity of one or more of Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, CaO and MgO. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
